Return & Replacement Policy
Jet Solar is committed to delivering high-quality photovoltaic modules. All return and replacement requests are subject to the following conditions:
1. Eligibility
- Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery in case of visible manufacturing defects.
- Claims related to performance must follow official warranty procedures.
- Products must remain in original condition for inspection.
2. Inspection Process
- All claims are subject to technical inspection.
- Jet Solar reserves the right to test the module at its facility.
- Approval is based on confirmed manufacturing defect.
3. Non-Eligible Cases
Replacement or compensation will not apply in cases of:
- Improper installation
- Mechanical damage after delivery
- Mishandling or incorrect storage
- Unauthorized system modification
- External environmental damage
4. Resolution
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, Jet Solar may:
- Replace the affected module
- Repair the product (if applicable)
- Provide compensation according to warranty terms
