Return & Replacement Policy

Jet Solar is committed to delivering high-quality photovoltaic modules. All return and replacement requests are subject to the following conditions:

1. Eligibility

  • Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery in case of visible manufacturing defects.
  • Claims related to performance must follow official warranty procedures.
  • Products must remain in original condition for inspection.

2. Inspection Process

  • All claims are subject to technical inspection.
  • Jet Solar reserves the right to test the module at its facility.
  • Approval is based on confirmed manufacturing defect.

3. Non-Eligible Cases

Replacement or compensation will not apply in cases of:

  • Improper installation
  • Mechanical damage after delivery
  • Mishandling or incorrect storage
  • Unauthorized system modification
  • External environmental damage

4. Resolution

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, Jet Solar may:

  • Replace the affected module
  • Repair the product (if applicable)
  • Provide compensation according to warranty terms
