1. Company Scope

Jet Solar is a solar panel manufacturing company based in Egypt. The company designs and manufactures a wide range of photovoltaic (PV) modules, including but not limited to:

  • Standard solar modules
  • Custom-sized panels
  • High-capacity industrial modules
  • Building-Integrated Photovoltaic (BIPV) solutions
  • Special application panels

All products are manufactured in accordance with approved technical specifications and applicable international quality standards.

Jet Solar operates as a manufacturer and supplier of photovoltaic modules and does not provide installation services unless explicitly agreed upon in a separate written contract.

2. Product Specifications

  • All technical data is based on official product datasheets.
  • Performance values are measured under Standard Test Conditions (STC).
  • Actual system performance may vary depending on installation environment and system design.

3. Orders & Production

  • Orders are confirmed only upon written agreement and payment confirmation.
  • Production schedules depend on manufacturing capacity and material availability.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates unless contractually guaranteed.

4. Warranty

Jet Solar provides product and performance warranty according to official warranty certificates issued with each module category.

Warranty validity is subject to:

  • Proper installation by certified professionals
  • Compliance with installation guidelines
  • Correct system integration
  • Proper handling and storage

5. Limitation of Liability

Jet Solar shall not be liable for:

  • Improper installation or mounting
  • Incorrect system design or inverter mismatch
  • Physical damage after delivery
  • Environmental damage (fire, flood, sandstorms, etc.)
  • Indirect or consequential losses

Liability is strictly limited to warranty terms defined in the official warranty documentation.

6. Intellectual Property

All product designs, branding, documentation, and technical materials are the property of Jet Solar and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

8. Modifications

Jet Solar reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
